- Prepare 150 g of Snow Peas.
- Provide 1 cup of Frozen Edamame Beans *OR Frozen Peas.
- Prepare of Salt & Black Pepper.
- Take 1/6-1/4 of Red Onion.
- Provide 1 can (95 g) of Tuna *I used Tuna in Springwater, drained.
- Take 1/4 cup of Japanese Mayonnaise.
- Use 2-3 teaspoons of Lemon Juice.

- Wash Snow Peas and slice diagonally into strips. Place in a mixing bowl, add Edamame Beans OR Peas. Today I used both. You don’t need to thaw them..
