- Fry the onions in some oil until translucent and soft. Add the beef mince and fry until brown. Add the red pasta sauce and leave to simmer while you make the sauce..
- Melt the marg in a saucepan. Add enough flour to form a thick roux (paste). Then add in the milk a bit at a time until you have a thick batter like consistency. Turn the heat up and bring it to a boil adding more milk to thin it out to a cheese sauce consistency..
