- Use 4 of medium size Potato.
- Take 1 of Onion.
- You need 1 1/2 tsp of chilli powder.

- Cut potato thin n julienne with the skin on,wash them well.

- Add little bit of water n cook for further 2 min then add fresh tomatoes chopped and cook until tomatoes are soft.

- Then cook 6/7 min or until potatoes are well cook,add sliced green chilli and chopped coriander for extra flavour.
