  6. Add your milk and do not stop stirring it or it will go lumpy..
  7. When it starts to thicken, add the cheese. If it's not going thick, add the cheese then the cornflour..
  8. Add half of the mince to the bottom of your dish and put pasta sheets on top to cover it..
  9. Then add half of the cheese sauce and spread over the sheets. Repate step 8..
  10. Put the rest of your cheese sauce on top and put it in the oven for 20 minutes..
  11. After 20 minutes take it out and add your cheese and mozzarella and then put back in until its golden brown..
  12. Leave to cool for 5 minutes before cutting into it as it will be very hot.
