  6. Prepare 3 tablespoons of Roasted Sesame Seeds.
  7. Prepare 1-2 cloves of Garlic *grated.
  8. Get 1 of small piece Ginger *grated.
  9. Provide 1/2 of Apple *grated.
  10. Get 1/4 of Onion * grated.
  11. Prepare 1/2 cup of Soy Sauce.
  12. You need 2 tablespoons of Mirin.
  13. You need 1-2 teaspoons of Toban Djan (Chili Bean Sauce).
  14. You need of *Note: Add 1-2 teaspoons Sugar if you like it sweeter.
  15. Get of *Note: Combine all ingredients in a sauce pan and bring it to a boil. Once it starts boiling, remove from the heat, then cool.

Instructions to make Yakiniku:

  1. Heat the grill or hotplate, and cook the ingredients. *Note: Use appropriate cooking tools or appliances that are suitable for the environment where you are cooking..
