- First take a pan, add water. After adding water, add salt and oil. Once it starts boiling, add 1.5 cups of Macaroni Pasta..

- Now let's prepare our stir fried veggies. So for that we first need to take oil. Once it's hot add chopped garlic into it. When the garlic changes its colour slightly golden brown, add all the veggies you like. I have added Onions, Mix Bell Peppers and Mushroom. Saute it on high flame until it is half cooked. Now add salt, pepper, oregano and Chilli flakes. And at last add lemon juice to give it a little sour taste..
- So now let's prepare our Peri-peri Sauce. So take a pan and add 3 tbsp Butter into it. Once it's hot, add 3 tbsp Refined Flour (Maida). Saute it until the raw smell of Maida is gone. Now add 600-800 ml of Milk. And whisk continuously, so that no lumps will be formed. Now add the prepared Peri-peri Masala and Stir fried veggies and mix it well. Check if the Salt is less then add a little salt. Add the Boiled Macaroni Pasta and Combine it well with the sauce..
