- Use 200 Grams of Mushroom.
- Provide 100 Grams of Cabbage.
- Provide 1 Cup of Maida.
- Get 1/2 Cup of Cornflour.
- You need 1/2 Cup of Riceflour.
- Provide As needed of Ginger Garlic Paste.
- Take as required of Garam Masala.
- Use as per taste of Salt.
- Take as required of Turmeric Powder.
- Provide as per taste of Red Chilli Powder.
- Provide 2 of Big Onions.
- Prepare as per taste of Red Chilli Sauce.
- Take As per taste of Green Chilli Sauce.

Steps to make Road Side Mushroom:
- At First, Mix all these Masala Powders to the Mushroom… We can Add Cabbage if we need… it's Not Compulsory… We should Add All the Masala Powders and Mix them well.
- Add a few Amount of Water to it and Mix them well.
- Then Heat Oil in a Pan and Fry all those Mushrooms and Cabbage Pieces in it and keep them aside.
- Then take another Pan and Add the Chopped Onions, Salt, Red Chilli Powder to it and Fry them well… Then Add Red Chilli Sauce, Green Chilli Sauce and Tomato Sauce to them and Fry well.
- Then Add the Cornflour – Water Mix to it and Add the Fried Mushrooms to it amd Fry them well.
- At Last, Add some Lemon Juice to it and our Tasty Road Side Mushroom is Ready to Serve Now!!.
